Overview

The Two Spot Bristletooth Tang is also called the Blue-Eyed Tang or the Blue-Eyed Kole Tang due to the similarities between the species and the striking, bright blue ring around it's eyes.

Like other tangs, they are active swimmers and need room to move. They should be provided live rock to hide in and to eat algae off of, and shouldn't damage invertebrates within a reef. It will be peaceful towards other fish but will fight with it's own kind and should be the only tang in the tank. Though they will nibble at carnivore foods provided for other fish, they should also be fed seaweed with algae and should mostly be eating plant-based meals.
