Overview
The Arc Eye Hawkfish get their name from the orange and blue arc-like markings behind their eyes. Their bodies are a pale orange with a white, horizontal bar running along their sides.
An aggressive species, they should be the last introduced to a community tank as they will harass any new additions relentlessly to defend their territory. While they will not bother corals, they will eat shrimp, crabs and anemones. Tankmates should be large enough to not be seen as food.
They should be fed a meaty diet including brine and mysis shrimp.
