Overview
The Neon Damsel is a two colored fish; the primary color is a bright, electric blue that glows under aquarium lighting. There is variation in the amount of yellow on the body, some have entirely yellow underbellies or some yellow on their posterior half or just yellow tail fins.
It will appreciate plenty of hiding places and can be confrontational towards tankmates. It should be housed with fish that are bigger than it or if they are similar in size they should also be similar in temperament. It is reef safe. It should be fed both meaty and herbivorous foods and will accept live, frozen, flakes and pellets.
