Sturisomatichthys tamanae.
Unique fish because it is rare, found in Colombia and difficult to identify. Its appearance is variable rendering its identification difficult. Perhaps helpful to recognize it is the flattened elongated anterior portion and the fact that the eyes are set more posterior compared to many fish.
